FOOD HI-LIFT COMMISSARY VAN
The technical specifications detailed below contains the characteristics of the Commissary Catering Service Vehicle for servicing wide-bodied aircrafts. A mini food hi-lift will be capable of servicing aircraft having sill height ranging from 2665 mm to 6000 mm and will have a load capacity of 5000 kg. The self contained unit will be mounted on commercial truck chassis namely TATA LPT-1613/48 TC Tusker which has the requisite wheel base and loading capacity. The lifting and loading operations of the unit will be stabilized through stabilizers jacks directly welded to the hi-lift sub-frame. The fully welded constructions of the hi-lift mechanism will be coupled to the chassis to carry the scissor arms and twohydraulic cylinders mounted between the scissor arms.

Salient features of Van Body:-

  • Capable of servicing aircrafts with sill height ranging from 2500 mm to 4200 mm.
  • Pay load 5000 kg.
  • The platform in the front of the van body will be provided for adjustment in the forward/backward direction and left & right alignment with the door sill of the aircraft.
